We are looking for an innovator to join our team. It’s a role that requires a unique blend of setting up experiments, interviewing customers, and using lean startup methodologies to research market needs. You are the go-getter of the team and you work directly with our (international) clients. You will work on several innovation projects for organisations such as PON, Cosun Beet Company, Politie and Philips. 


Your main tasks and responsibilities are: 

  • Setting up experiments and prototypes to validate new propositions and concepts;
  • Use lean startup methodologies to research market needs;
  • Interviewing customers;
  • Innovation project management;
  • Analyzing data to provide valuable insights and make evidence-based decisions.

Job requirements


Skills

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience within the field of innovation, service design or growth hacking;

  • Comfortable interviewing customers;

  • Go-getter;

  • A strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset;

  • Familiar with the Lean Startup methodology and eager to learn more about business model innovation; 

  • Fluent in Dutch and English;

  • Growth hacking skills as a nice plus.
