We are in search of an entrepreneurial leader to become a Senior Innovation Lead in our fast-growing innovation studio. As a Senior Innovation Lead you are responsible for several partnerships to successfully build, launch and grow new businesses. We work with organizations like PostNL, PON, Rainforest Alliance, Cosun Beet company, Wienerberger, and the Police to find, build and grow new business models that have a tangible impact on the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the ideation and development of new projects and products;
• Manage and oversee the innovation team, providing guidance and support;
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and create innovative solutions;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners;
• Oversee the project pipeline and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget with our high-quality standard;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to shape the development of new projects;
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team.

What we hope you bring

• Ambition to develop scalable, impactful businesses with big organisations (b2b, b2c, profit & non-profit);
• 8 years of extensive expertise in innovation and entrepreneurship;
• Built, scaled and/or managed multiple, successful ventures or innovation projects;
• Experience with the full innovation-cycle and & senior (c-level) stakeholder management; 
• Business savvy & financial skills;
• Experience with Lean Startup, Design Thinking, Service Design and business model innovation; 
• Natural leader: inspiring, visionary, energetic, analytical;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Commercial and relevant network;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
  
• Team player.
